Welll im not against women rights or anything but i believe and many women themselves confess that men are the better leaders generally. That is why i believe that even the prophets of God were all men. No discrimination but i think that both genders have their own individuality to them and they both have their own respective roles to play in life. So im more in favor of equity rather than equality.
